Assembly Lines
Intelligent automatic corner cleat insertion system designed to maximize corner crimping productivity and fully automate sash assembly preparation.
The Zircon 2500 is an intelligent automation system developed for the automatic installation of corner cleats in aluminum window and door sash profiles. Designed to integrate seamlessly with automated production lines, the machine eliminates manual corner cleat insertion while improving assembly accuracy, consistency, and overall manufacturing efficiency.
By automating one of the most labor-intensive stages of window fabrication, the Zircon 2500 enables continuous production flow between profile preparation and corner crimping operations. The system utilizes servo-driven positioning and automated feeding mechanisms to accurately place corner cleats and steel spacers before assembly.
Equipped with multiple storage stations for different cleat and spacer types, the machine can handle varying window configurations while maintaining a high degree of flexibility. Intelligent profile feeding and positioning systems ensure precise alignment and consistent installation quality throughout production.
Designed to work directly with automated corner crimping systems, the Zircon 2500 helps manufacturers maximize production output, reduce labor requirements, minimize assembly errors, and achieve higher levels of factory automation.
