LEAD ALEXI is LEADCNC Middle East’s flagship intelligent flexi assembly line — a complete, all-in-one smart fabrication solution engineered for aluminum casement windows, sliding windows, louvered windows, casement doors, sliding doors, and all other aluminum door and window products.

Built across a 45.0 × 25.0 meter floor space of approximately 1,125m², LEAD ALEXI is designed for manufacturers who are serious about scaling. With just 14 operators, the line delivers enterprise-level output through a fully connected system of 6-axis robotic loading arms, AI-powered intelligent sorting lines, laser-equipped CNC machining, and seamless assembly conveyors — all working together as one unified, high-performance production flow.

At the core of LEAD ALEXI is the Ultra X150 laser-equipped cutting and milling machining center, supported by the Diamond 350DR CNC double-head end milling machine, the ER150-3200 6-axis robot arm for raw profile loading, the ER50A-C10 6-axis intelligent picking device, and the Topaz A+B intelligent sorting lines — creating a fully automated production environment where manual handling is virtually eliminated.

LEAD ALEXI also support an optional AI-powered MES system featuring HIKROBOT’s Uni_Link platform, Beckhoff Automation, Warehouse Control System (WCS), full ERP integration, and ANDON real-time reporting, giving manufacturers complete digital visibility, production intelligence, and data-driven decision-making across every stage of the production process.
